Dear Customer, in accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 – Code regarding the protection of personal data – We inform you that:
A) The personal data provided by you to our Site will be used within the limits and for the pursuit of the purposes related to the assignment received; in particular the treatment will be; finalized to the inherent fulfillments and consequent completion of the purchase orders placed online;

F) The data may be communicated to: – in general to all the bodies in charge of verifications and controls regarding the correct fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes; relating to the services you requested; all the subjects are duly informed and educated about the fulfilments and the measures to adopt in the matter of privacy;

Right to access personal data and other rights

c) of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means

e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or appointees

3. The interested party has the right to obtain
a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data
b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those for which conservation is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the event that such compliance occurs it proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
